Meatball Carbonara (traditional style) – Cooked on the Kelly Kettle

Join me as I go Italian and cook up this authentic, quick and easy, and very tasty carbonara on the Kelly Kettle in the woods and serve it up with delicious woods-made lamb meatballs.

This simple dish has bags of flavour and is cooked in the traditional way (not using cream!) with a sauce made from egg, Parmesan, herbs and seasoning, which it gently cooked in the residual heat of the pasta.
