Kopaqi Wing - New Modified Motor Mount - Outstanding Results !!

Here is my Kopaqi wing, this is a very good wing but has some really poor design issues. I replaced all the heavy plastic wing spars and screws with a single carbon tube, huge weight savings there immediately, plus the original motor mount has the motor almost buried inside the fuselage... this leaves the prop sitting extremely close to the trailing edge, makes it very loud and noisy plus the motor has virtually no cooling at all, so its a very poor design.

I have built up a new motor mount with some extenders to move the motor back much further, this allows much better cooling and makes the wing very quiet. Of course it means I have to add a little nose weight to balance it up, but it only takes the total flying weight up to 730 gms... for this 990mm wing that is not a problem... Awesome, super stable wing this one... I am just making it better each time...!!
