This version of Om Namah Shivaya was played in Swami Muktananda's ashram prior to 1976. This is where Nu received the Mantra. The recording comes nearly forty years later after countless repetitions. With a small group and a zoom recorder the sound was captured on New Year's Eve 2013 in Melbourne, Australia. The images were taken in 1976 in India at Shree Gurudev Ashram, the context that gave Nu her voice. There are some rare photographs of Swami Muktananda, his Ashram and the temple to Bhagavan Nityananda in Ganeshpuri included.

Kim, who plays harmonium on this track is also an artist and printmaker. He has made designs for tshirts featuring Shiva tilak, spiral malas of 108 Om Namah Shivaya and other Yoga themes. They are available on Red Bubble:
