This exercise video is made for you to improve your physical strength as well as improve your memory. In it are yoga exercises for memory power including brain exercises for memory power and concentration. These type of exercises will improve your memory power and your overall concentration
If you want to prevent dementia, alzheimers and general cognitive decline then you need to actively and regularly practice these type of exercises. They are from Yoga and other physical exercise science modalities.
If you are over 50 then you need to put more effort into your body and your brain in order to stay healthy, happy and strong.
So do this video and the others in the series and you will feel an increase in your brain and body power quite quickly.
