Welcome to Bruges, Belgium! This was our very first time exploring this fairytale city — and we got to do it with Tommy’s parents, which made it even more special. We started early to beat the crowds, wandered along peaceful canals, and followed the rich aromas of chocolate through the cobblestone streets. We tried Belgian waffles, beer, and chocolate — the perfect trio — along with plenty of other sweet treats we couldn’t resist, thanks to the mouthwatering smells drifting from every corner. Fun fact: Belgium produces over 220,000 tons of chocolate each year, and Bruges alone has more than 50 chocolatiers! From historic squares to quiet corners, this day was full of charm, sweetness, and family memories.
