In this video I'll show you how to do an easy step-by-step test run on your Hawkins pressure cooker and put your mind at ease. Doing a trial run is a really good idea if you're new to pressure cooking so you can become familiar with the process of using your new cooker BEFORE you try it with food. And if you already know how to use one but your cooker has been gathering dust for awhile you can use this video to make sure it's still in good shape.
