There have been three confirmed tornadoes in North Carolina since midnight Thursday. One person was killed, Wilson County officials confirmed.

There have been 17 tornado warnings in North Carolina Thursday morning. Tornado watches remain in effect for several counties Thursday morning, and flash flood warnings are also in effect across the state.
