In this video our engineering explain super quickly just how much adjustment there is in a Formula F4R shock. Being 3 way adjustable, height, compression and rebound adjustment. Formula F4R shocks are one of the most adjustable shocks you can buy.

Formula F4R shocks are also super easy to adjust, with over 24 clicks of adjustment, simply by turning the adjustment knobs for compression and rebound you can have a softer or harder ride. For height you are given special C spanners which you can adjust on the go at anytime as well.

Each Formula F4R shock has been valved per vehicle, per shock to be the most comfortable on the market. At their default setting they have been set to what we think is perfect for most use cases. However, you can still fine tune this to your liking with over 24 clicks of adjustment (compression and rebound) making your ride softer or harder depending on what your doing.
