Members of the judiciary will today hold a special sitting in the Constitutional Court in Johannesburg in honour of the outgoing Chief Justice Raymond Zondo.

Judgment in former Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane's gratuity case has been reserved. Mkhwebane's urgent court application against the office of the Public Protector headed by Advocate Kholeka Gceleka was heard in the High Court in Pretoria this week. The matter concerns the non payment of her multi million rand gratuity which she says she's entitled to.
Presiding Judge in the matter Omphetse Mooki told the court that a decision in the matter will be heard soon.
