A shipping video that isn't Jibbs or Slibbs? That's right, had to celebrate some of my love for Kibbs. I always loved Kate Todd, and I shipped her with Gibbs right off in the first episode. Someday maybe I'll actually get a modern computer with better processing power, and actually buy the DVDs of NCIS so I don't have to rely on crappy streaming quality—but I have yet to do any of that. So bear with me and my horrible quality videos.
