Summon: Ramuh for the constant mBrv boost and so Kam and Rosa have boosted damage during summon phase. Thinking about it Odin could also be a good idea since you're absolutely going to go under that HP threshold at some point in wave 2, if not wave 1.

Penelo Call is KEY to this, as Rosa's healing is poop and you're more than likely not going to get above the HP loss requirement without it.

Wave 1: A setup wave mostly. If you take too long here you will get hit by a Great Geyser, which'll be a problem mostly for Rosa's auras. Keep Kam's better version of his stacking buff up so you can prep Glacifications for the second wave, don't let it drop like I did a few times in prior runs.

Wave 2: So there's a few things to keep track of here. Kam's Glacifaction+ so you can have a paralysis ready - and therefore his stack buff, the recast gauge of both enemies, the turn order of both enemies, and also the HP. They'll put on the Mist Wreath when they drop below 80%, 50%, 30%, and then lastly when one of them gets killed. You can have them 'double cast' a Mist Wreath and effectively waste one if you manage you fulfill any of those conditions again before it gets a turn, but since the effect lowers HP damage done to that enemy it's rough.

You could get by with maybe 3 revives with this sort of turn count, but I did a run where I tanked every single Mist attack (didn't use Kam) and I got under 300k. Getting hit by a recast ability isn't the worst thing in the world since it's not absolutely deadly but it will hard dispel your party which can kill momentum, except for Lightning. Lightning has basically instant momentum. Penelo Call on Kam is imperative because it's going to do hardly anything for the team if you put it on Lightning, and as you'll find near the end of the run I needed to stall the killing blow just so I could ensure I healed back up enough.

Yo this CQ was nasty. I didn't realize for the whole first day that Penelo Call has HP regen too, I thought it was just the brave regen. That and Kam made this not a complete pain in the butt, but it was still a pain.
