Full ruleset:
-I can only use the starter Pokémon in battle.
-I can't use any items in battle.
-I can't use any glitches. In general, if "Twitch Plays Pokémon" could do it, it's not a glitch. Otherwise, it is.
-I play at 4x speed.
-I can't use the TM for Double Team.
-I can't use store-bought vitamins, but found vitamins are allowed.
-I can't use any RNG manipulation, but don't worry, at 4x speed it would be virtually impossible anyway.
-I must save before boss battles and reset if I lose.
-I can save between Elite Four members, but I can not use it as a training method and can only leave the league if I determine I can't win otherwise.
-A double knock-out from Self Destruct, Explosion, or recoil is considered a loss.
-I can't use the bicycle outside of Cycling Road.
-Tier ranking is determined exclusively by real time completion.
-Timer begins after selecting the starter from Oak's lab and ends at the time card in the Hall of Fame.
-Starter Pokémon is modified to have perfect stats.
