few slit green chillies
1/2 tsp hing
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 medium potatoes boiled & diced
sea salt to taste
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp prepared masala
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
juice of 1/2 lime
cilantro
