If he follows you.. He locks your account... (Roblox)

There has been a few Roblox players locking other players accounts. One of the popular guys that does this is known as LithiumLockedYou. Now if you are wording what they exactly mean by “lock” well if you own an older Roblox account sometimes they contact support to trick them into disabling your account. So make sure your account is 100% your own and created by you and updated with your security info and you should be fine!
