🍍Pineapple Upside-Down Cake 🍍

TOPPING
1 can of pineapple slices
4 tablespoons of Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 pinch Salt

CAKE BATTER
1 & 2/3 cups Flour
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Butter (room temp)
2/3 cup Sugar
2 large Eggs
1/3 cup Milk
1/3 cup Pineapple Syrup
1/4 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Optional (2 tbs Crushed Nuts & Desiccated Coconut)

Preheat oven to 350F
8 or 9 inch pan
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Cool for at least 10 minute before inverting the cake onto serving dish
Absolutely delicious when warm
Can be refrigerated for 2-3 day
