In a fast-paced world, we often lose touch with the innate wisdom and timing of our bodies—a disconnection that can leave us feeling fragmented and overwhelmed. In this powerful webinar, participants were invited to slow down and reconnect with themselves—an essential step in rediscovering authenticity and aligning with their true needs.
Horses naturally offered a space for this reconnection. Their presence invited stillness, curiosity, and a deeper exploration of self. Through equine-assisted practices, attendees learned how to begin trusting their felt sense, rebuilding the bridge between brain and body, and reconnecting with the inner wisdom that leads back to the authentic self.

Jane Faulkner

Jane Faulkner is the founder and director of Equine Assisted Therapy Australia. For the past 28 years, she has dedicated herself to her own healing journey while learning from esteemed teachers and healers around the world. Their support and guidance helped instill in her a deep passion for working with people.
Jane has served as a nurse in various communities both in Australia and abroad, taught yoga, and, for the past 14 years, has worked as a therapist supporting individuals in both room-based and equine-assisted settings.
Her therapeutic approach draws on Gestalt psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Art Therapy. Her qualifications include:
