I tried the 12 Week Year (again) and this is what happened! This concept encourages setting goals in a 12 week timeframe instead of a full year. This is a great way to be able to hone in and focus on a few goals in a short amount of time. If you're someone who constantly makes goals but never reaches them, the 12 Week Year may be for you!
