In a big setback for the farm law protests, protesters are facing the government crackdown after the violence and vandalism on Republic day. The Uttar Pradesh administration has issued an order to vacate the protest sites. Singhu remains flashpoint of farmers protest.
According to the latest update, a group of people claiming to be locals entered the Singhu border protest site in Delhi on Friday afternoon. Counter-protesters raised slogans against farmers and asked them to vacate the site immediately. Clashes broke out at the border between locals & police.
