Fr Joseph Sagwe Obanyi was on Sunday installed as the new and second Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Kakamega in a colorful ceremony attended by thousands including political leaders led by Deputy President William Ruto. Outgoing Bishop Philip Sulumeti, presided over the ordination of the new bishop at the Bukhungu stadium ceremony where he handed over the ceremonial headdress and apostolic stuff to Reverend Sagwe.
