This is pretty much the Star Light Zone of the game. No enemies, long stretches of road and the need to go fast. Not to mention some teleporting and gravity switching.

This is the best I could do so far, but I've seen even crazier speedruns for this level. Despite being just a raceway track, it's still really fun to replay and improve your time, as well finding shortcuts via creative use of teleports. :)
