My Maytag MVWB765FW1 washer was leaking from under the center of the transmission when the tub filled with water.

Maytag designed the tub seal to be part of the transmission, so one can not simply buy the new tub seal or even the bearings. Rather, an entire transmission must be replaced.

This video is chopped together while I replaced mine, sharing bits of my experience with you along the way.
