♡ Hello everyone! ♡

In today's video, we are going to recreate Ichigo Amano's donut holes ଘ(੭ˊᵕˋ)੭* She recreates the donut recipe her grandma used to make for her dad when he was a kid, hoping it will express her love for baking and persuade him to let her compete in France. ~

˙⋆⟡♡ Ingredients ♡⟡⋆˙

*This recipe makes approximately 20 doughnut holes*

⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖ ࣪Donuts
2 cups | 250g all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp | 35g sugar
1 tsp salt
5 tbsp | 70g unsalted butter (super cold, you can pop it in the freezer for 10 minutes before you start)
3/4 cup | 175g milk
Canola oil or vegetable for frying

1/3 cup | 67g sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Dulce de leche (optional)
