This guided mindfulness meditation is great for helping you to better deal with moments of anxiety throughout each day and helping if you deal with panic attacks. To reset your nerves means to give your mind and body help and hope to find a deeper sense of calm and peace that exists at the center of you. If you feel lost or alone because of a sense of being nervous, anxious, or in fear, let this guided meditation session help you to find that calming sense of inner stillness and joy!
This meditations session contains 12 minutes of guided meditation dialogue, followed by about 3 more minutes of music-only ambient background music to finalize the session. I recommend turning off your "auto-play" feature on the YouTube player. This can be a great session either in the morning, midday, or before sleep… really any time daily that you need it!
