On Sunday morning, I visit the castle yard for more music and stonecarving. This time, the band is Ghaetta, described in the link as a fun medieval band who dress up in brightly coloured costumes and play on replica Renaissance and modern instruments at concerts, festivals, Medieval Banquets and other celebrations. Between pieces, I film the plaques which tell some of the prison's history, and also a timeline of the castle and prison, dating from c.700 A.D. to the present day.
