In June 2019 Red Bull South Africa and the Red Bull Formula 1 display team took over the streets of Cape Town to shoot the incredible short film "Coulthard Taxi" which you can watch at the link above.

On the Sunday after the shoot, city officials helped Red Bull shut down downtown Cape Town and tens of thousands of South Africans streamed into the city bowl to watch icon of the sport, David Coulthard, run the Red Bull V8 Formula 1 car through the streets.

On the sidelines of the event, our video guy Ciro De Siena had a quick catch up with David Coulthard and head engineer for the display team, Joe Robinson.
