Here’s the deal, boss ⬇️

You can’t keep churning out offers like a factory and hoping one will magically pop off. That’s like building a mansion on quicksand and being shocked when it sinks.

Let’s call it what it is: exhausting, messy, and totally avoidable.

We see it all the time—coaches and OSPs throwing their entire soul into an offer, hyping it up like it’s Beyoncé’s next album drop, and then… nada. Crickets.

And instead of figuring out what went wrong, the next month they’re onto a brand-new offer. Or worse—pumping money into ads without knowing if their audience even wanted the last one 🙃

Here’s the reality check you didn’t ask for but need:

Before you start creating a new shiny thing, ask yourself—did your last offer even sell to 20% of your audience? Be honest.

Quick math for you:
👉 Total sales ÷ total audience = Sales Conversion Rate
👉 Your goal? At least 2-5%, depending on your niche. Anything less, and it’s time to tweak, not restart.

If you’re not hitting that, the problem isn’t your audience or some algorithm conspiracy. It’s the offer.

Here’s what we want you to do instead:
1️⃣ Understand your audience. Like, really know them—what keeps them up at night? What makes them say, “Shut up and take my money”?
2️⃣ Make your offer irresistible. If it’s not hitting them in the feels, it’s not hitting, period.
3️⃣ Test and adjust. Numbers don’t lie. If the conversions aren’t there, figure out why before you even think about scaling.

Once you’ve nailed that? THEN you’re ready to launch something with confidence (and maybe a little Beyoncé-level hype 😉).

So, stop launching out of “OMG, I need money!” vibes and start launching like the badass CEO you are.
