What to say about these Devil Eggs...they are a must have, every once in a while! They get eaten so fast in our household. We love them & would like you to try making this recipe. 10 Eggs (boiled)
1 Tbsp of finely chopped Gherkins
3 Tbsp French Mayo
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard Seeds
1 Tsp Hemp Seed Powder
Spices: Cumin, Coriander, Salt & Pepper
To decorate: Curry Powder & fresh Dill

Method on how to make these amazing Devil's eggs:

Step 1

In a saucepan add water & place the eggs, cover with enough water 2 to 3 fingers above the eggs. Put your heat on high until water begins to boil, leave for 3 minutes & switch off the stove. Remove from heat, put under runny cold water & start to crack & peel off the shell carefully. Place in a bowl & leave to dry.

Step 2

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, removing yolks to a medium bowl & the whites on a serving platter.

Step 3

We start by mashing the yolks using a fork. It's time to add the mayo, mustard seeds, mustard, Hemp Seed Powder, Cumin, Coriander & Salt & Pepper salt. Mix well.
Finally, evenly disperse heaping teaspoons of the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Sprinkle with Chilly powder & serve.
