Mission 4: Run For Your Life. Chapter 5: Train Station (5:17)
Level completed undetected without knock-outs and policeman's disguise. I also collected the evidence from the hotel lobby.

There was only one successful attempt that I know of (made by Frolsa84) at going through Station in suit only without KO's while collecting the evidence:    • Hitman Absolution, Purist difficulty, Trai...  
My method for the evidence takes a bit longer than Frolsa's (+40 seconds) but it's not luck-based and can be replicated relatively easily. I also found a new route to the control room which is faster than climbing through the train tracks by at least 15 seconds.
The main problem with my method is throwing an object far enough to distract the guard who watches the evidence (1:23). Normally, on a first playthrough, you can't throw objects that far and you need to unlock Throwing Upgrade 3 for that. It is the last technique available and can be unlocked during Mission 14: Attack of the Saints. After that you have to replay this level again from the main menu.
I used the strafing method to get through the crowd. It is faster and more flexible than spinning with WASD (I used this trick too at 3:30-3:45). It works thanks to the fact that turning your head back to policemen resets their detection meter and it's easy to always keep your back turned in the right direction while strafing (holding Aim + move buttons). When you are being detected just rotate in the direction opposite to the noise and if there are multiple enemies then simply "wiggle" your view between them. If you want to use it you should probably try it on Expert difficulty first because it's easier to navigate using detection arrows. On Purist you have to rely only on sound cues.
This video was recorded using build 1.0.438.0 with original parameters for detection. The next patch (1.0.444.0) slightly decreased the speed you get detected in the suit, which is mostly noticeable at longer distances.
