Supercharged Silverado gets a MASSIVE Heat Exchanger & Trans Cooler

Описание к видео Supercharged Silverado gets a MASSIVE Heat Exchanger & Trans Cooler

It seems like there's never enough room to mount all the components you need to on a muscle truck build like this, and the 1999 to 2002 chevy Silverado trucks are especially difficult when it comes to mounting extra coolers in front of the radiator since the grille is so close to the stock trans cooler. Because we're building a supercharged pickup, we need to install a liquid to air heat exchanger for the LSA Supercharger from Boost District as well as a larger transmission cooler so both the engine and transmission operate nice and cool with the increase in horsepower. Right out of the gate, there isn't enough room to make it all work, but wIth a little creative rearranging of the original front radiator support bracket, we can now mount a Trucool 40k transmission cooler as well as a massive liquid to air heat exchanger all behind the grille of this GMT800 silverado, also known as the COPO truck.
