Does your EPA10 DD13/15 have a Malfunction indicator light (MIL) and/or Check engine light (CEL) on with this code? Well, I'll start by saying that this is not the only problem it can be. With that said, it is the most common problem I see. This problem is often misdiagnosed and when that happens, it can get pretty expensive. This is basically a free check you can do and possibly save yourself a lot of money.

0:06 - DEF Pump Cover
0:13 - DEF Pump
0:20 - Air fitting inlet to the pneumatic switching valve
0:27 - Air Fitting removed. Oily liquid buildup inside.
0:34 - Removed fitting. Oily liquid found inside (Clean with compressed air/brake clean)
0:41 - Removing filter screen from inlet fitting (Turn counter-clockwise with standard screwdriver)
0:48 - Removed screen, covered in oily liquid (Discard screen, clean fitting)
0:55 - Fittings removed, view of pneumatic switching valve
1:02 - Valve removed. Thread in M5 screw and pull to remove. (DEF will spill out!) Should be replaced but can sometimes be reused successfully once filter screen is replaced and fittings cleaned.
1:09 - New filter screen, ready to install. (Thread in clockwise)
1:16 - Pressure limiting valve. The other end of the air line and the source of the oily liquid. Remove the air line from here and clean out with brake clean/compressed air.
1:23 - Before repair. DEF pump runs continuously without building proper pressure
1:30 - After repair. DEF pump runs momentarily, builds pressure quickly, turns off and pressure holds.
