Buddy Valastro is a baker in the fourth generation. Very few people know that at the age of just 11 he was already demonstrating amazing baking skills, decorating cakes at a professional level. After his father’s death, he took the helm and began managing the bakery at 17.
The whole world got to know about Carlo’s Bakery when TLC launched the first season of Cake Boss. At that time, a little bakery turned into a center for sweet teeth that was visited by people from all across the globe.

The father Bartolo was born in Italy, Sicily and later immigrated to the US. In 1964 he bought a baker shop and turned it into a really successful business. He taught his son absolutely everything about the baking art and was his mentor until his death in 1994, aged 54. He died from lung cancer.

The mother Mary was also originally from Italy and she moved to America with her family at the age of 6. Together with her husband, she worked in a bakery until her retirement in 2010. In 2017 she walked down the aisle for the second time with a man named Sergio Picinich. Unfortunately, she passed away that same year, aged 69.

The celebrity has four older sisters. Grace was born in 1966 and she works at the shop’s front counter. As for her personal life, she is married and together with a spouse, shares two kids.

The second sister is named Maddalena and she was delivered in 1967. She is also a part of the family company, managing the front counter. She tied the knot with Mauro Castano and raises three children with him.

Sister Mary was welcomed in 1969 and she deals with customer’s consulting. She is the most outspoken member of the family and was even once fired by Buddy for rude behavior. Nonetheless, she returned to work soon after that. She gave birth to fraternal twins with her husband Joe.

Lisa became a wonderful addition to the family in 1974 and is three years older than Buddy. She works as a storefront manager. She was previously married to Remigio Gonzalez, who was imprisoned for sexual assault and shares three kids with him. Today, she is engaged with Anthony Torre.

As for Valastro’s personal life, he got hitched with Lisa Belgiovine in 2001 and the pair has been living happily ever since. The two love birds first met in 1999 and after two years of dating, got married. She is very active on social media, where she shares various recipes with her followers. Together with Buddy, she gave birth to four kids.

The first child is a daughter Sofia, who drew her first breath in 2003. She loves baking a lot. In addition, she has a YouTube channel, where she demonstrates her cooking skills. One of her videos about making ice cream cone cupcakes gathered over 25.000.000 views.

In 2004 the couple welcomed a son Buddy Valastro III. He goes to school and is passionate about fishing. Also, he often travels with a famed dad.

The third kid in a family is Marco, who was born in 2007. He is a real Instagram star with over 50.000 followers. He can also be seen on a show Fox and Friends.

The fourth kid is a son Carlo, who was delivered in 2011. He is the youngest sibling, who adores playing soccer.
