In this video I discuss the recently released document from the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District titled "Comprehensive Plan 2045". This plan outlines the major changes to property that could possibly be made over the next twenty years. These changes include one "major" theme park, two "minor" theme parks, thousands of new hotel rooms, office space, retail and restaurant space, and more. While this document is something periodically updated by the district and does not mean any of these plans are in the works, it still demonstrates that the district and the company are committed to the possibility of major expansion at Disney World. I also go into detail on the potential sites a new major theme park could be located, cross-referencing data from the planning document with google earth.
