Woman found in Bakersfield canal identified through DNA, family speaks out

A body that was found over the summer in a canal near Mohawk Street and Truxtun Avenue has been identified. The Kern County Coroner's Office identified the body through DNA as 33-year-old Angela Marie Ramos.
