in 2017, I visited Colombia as part of my one year trip around South America. I crossed the border from Ecuador, visiting Las Lajas church, went through Cali, Salento & the Cocora Valley, to Medellin, Cartagena, did the Lost City Trek, San Gil, Las Gachas and finally, Bogota. Then I crossed the border into Brazil.
