-250grms fresh chicken gizzard
-1 medium onion, sliced
-1 medium tomato, blended
-1 tbsp tomato paste
-half red bell pepper, chopped
-1 tsp curry powder
-1 tsp paprika powder
-1 tsp dry oregano
-1tsp chilli flakes(optional)
-1/2 cup cooking cream
-oil for frying
