This all happened in high school. And i was probably closer to 30 before i started to get this 😅 hell even more if i asked a guy friend to hang out I would mean nothing behind it more than let’s hang out.

Be direct when talking to your quirky, unique love interests people! We aren’t reading between the lines. We aren’t going to assume you mean any more than you said (if for no other reason we probably did assume one time and then everyone very publicly laughed at us cause we assumed incorrectly). Just say the word date, it isn’t that scary ☺️
