Welcome to the Mount Emporium Dropshipping Program! Please read our policy carefully to understand how we operate and the terms involved in our dropshipping service:

1. Product Cost and Packaging Charges:
We charge the wholesale product cost plus a flat fee of ₹20/- for packaging per order.

2. RTO (Return to Origin) Handling:
We will manage all Return to Origin (RTO) cases for your orders.
No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer any returns or refunds on orders. However, there are options available for managing RTO stocks:

3. Options for RTO Stocks:
Option 1: You may take back your RTO stock from us.
Option 2: You can exchange your RTO stock for other products of equivalent value from our existing ready stock. The value will be adjusted according to the current market price of the products.

4. Product Price Fluctuations:
Please note that product prices are subject to fluctuation due to market conditions. The product price will be adjusted to reflect the current market price at the time of order processing.
In the case of an RTO, if you choose to exchange the product, the value will also be adjusted according to the prevailing market price.

5. Additional Terms:
Any changes to this policy will be communicated to dropshippers in advance.
