Collection this year with its new flavors – the Tropicana snowskin mooncake featuring an alluring combination of coconut and passion fruit puree with chunks of pineapple and coconut flakes. Other snowskin flavors are likewise a nod to Singapore’s tropical setting – the Cempedak, as well as Mango with Pomelo snowskin, will again make a return. The hotel is also well-known for its durian desserts and their durian snowskin selection this year will include the D24 Durian, Mao Shan Wang Durian as well as the Black Thorn Durian, the latter clad with intense black snowskin.

Among baked varieties, a picture-worthy new flavor this year from Goodwood Park Hotel is the Chicky Duo. These handcrafted snacks are shaped like chicks by the dim sum chefs of Min Jiang. New flavors include the baked Osmanthus Oolong and Lychee Tea Paste with Macadamia mooncake that boasts subtle floral, fruity, and nutty notes as well as the Mini Snowskin Amber Treasure mooncake which comes from Summer Pavilion’s signature cocktail of the same name. It’s comprised of red date-infused liquor and house blend vermouth. Bestsellers like the hotel’s signature Mini Snowskin Lycheetini mooncakes which comprise a mix of real lychee bits with the same fruit liqueur and their Snowskin ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Durian mooncakes will likewise be available. Other flavors include the Mini Snowskin Green Tea and the Mini Snowskin White Lotus Seed Paste with Yolk mooncakes.

In commemoration of Shangri-la Singapore’s 50th anniversary, the hotel is offering an Aged 50-year Mandarin Peel, Rose and Red Bean Paste Mooncake available in limited quantities. For those who prefer traditional baked mooncakes, Shangri-la Singapore is again offering them all in reduced sugar versions. Bestsellers such as White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake with no / single / double yolk and Mixed Nuts with Chicken Ham are available.

Two types of snowskin mooncakes grace the mid-autumn catalog of Shangri-la Singapore. The Premium Mao Shan Wang Durian Snowskin aims to delight lovers of this delectable fruit while the Kaya with Reduced Sugar White Lotus Seed Snowskin is a treat for those looking for a local flair for their mooncakes.
