Jump Topspin by Michael Seemann

Описание к видео Jump Topspin by Michael Seemann

Nobody would dispute that the jump spin serve can be a huge weapon in volleyball. But Portland State coach Michael Seemann makes the point here that a jump topspin serve without heat isn't much of a weapon at all.

His point: Use the floater until a player is able to bring the noise with the jump spin. And, as he explains, a fast-moving jump spin is even more effective if it cuts to the right or left.

Here, Seemann narrates as 2 of his best jump-spinners demonstrate the technique they use to get heat and cut on the ball.
