Naturaly Textured Pixie

Good morning beautiful people and happy #tutorialwednesday. This one is for my curly and wavy girls. My hair is very fine but it's still a bit wild. This tutorial goes over diffusing your hair to bring out the natural texture. (The black nozzle with the stalagmite looking points on it is a diffuser- many hair dryers come with them now a days but you can also buy the diffuser separately) To prep for this, I use a shampoo that doesn't bubble (my fav is the cowash from as I am naturally). And I do NOT brush my hair once I am out of the shower - repeat - Do Not Brush Your Hair when you get out of the shower- it really does make a huge difference 😊 Once out, I dry with a t-shirt because it has less friction than a towel to eliminate frizz. Throw in your favorite curl cream (I used touchable curl creme from Parlor because it doesn't get crunchy on me) and start drying!

When I am almost completely dry I spray in a bit of hairspray so the curls don't fall and then dry the rest of the way. For finishing touches I put in a bit of styling paste on the back and sides and go 🤓
