Sharon grew up in Brooklyn, in the Bensonhurst neighborhood, as the youngest of three children. She attended Lafayette High School and Brooklyn College. Her parents, John and Eula Davis, were active in the community, and they instilled in her values of helping others, doing the right thing, and treating people with kindness in her.

While Sharon initially had a passion for music and the arts, she later pursued early childhood education but found herself drawn to a career in insurance and financial services. Her turning point was when she delivered a life insurance payout check to a young mother, realizing the importance of financial protection for families.

Sharon shares some valuable life lessons and principles, including:

Always give your best, no matter what you do.
