1947 - 1948 Pontiac - Vintage Photos - Torpedo Styling (Part 1)

The first years after the war Pontiac did only minor changes in trim. Mechanically the cars were robust and had conservative mechanics. 1948 was the first year, Pontiac started to use Oldsmobile's Hydramatic automatic transmission.
