MUSCLE TESTING

Muscle testing is not actually testing the strength of the muscle, it’s monitoring the flow of energy that passes through the muscle.

We use muscle monitoring in TFH Kinesiology. A muscle will test strong if the statement is congruent and weak if it is not.

The energy flow in the meridians respond to our subconscious mind, so we can get answers if we make a statement, as to what we want to move towards or move away from.

We can use this test to find out information from different ages of our lives that we may not consciously remember, and even to test if a medicine is the right one for us, and the amount needed to give us energy (health) or take it away.
