Step by Step Watercolor Pencil Tutorial for Beginners

In today's art video, I'm sharing my step-by-step process for painting a realistic red bell pepper using watercolor pencils! This one's awesome for anyone who's just getting started with this interesting and (very) versatile medium. *Check out more of my videos on this medium below.

There are definitely so many ways to use watercolor pencils, which are basically a drawing and painting medium in one. In this video, I spill the beans about how it is I personally like using them to incorporate both painterly effects, as well as the sketchy textures that watercolor pencils allow, into one same piece.

I also share a couple of hacks I've found super helpful and have loved using lately (one is right at the beginning of this process and one is at the very end).
