Kodo Millet Pulao Recipe | Millet Recipes | Positive Millet Recipes | Gluten Free Recipes

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup kodo millet
2 tbsp cow ghee
1 inch cinnamon
1 black cardamom
1 bay leaf
1 tsp cumin seeds
5-6 cashew nuts
2 slit green chillies
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
2-3 tbsp chopped carrot
2 tbsp french beans
2 tbsp green peas
3-4 tbsp boiled sweet corn
2 tbsp chopped onion
4-5 chopped mint leaves
rock salt as per taste
pinch of turmeric
1/8th tsp black pepper powder

Serve with cucumber tomato raita & salad
