House GOP Leadership, including Mike Johnson, condemned the stabbing of a Ukrainian refugee on a North Carolina train. They blame soft on crime judges and governors for allowing violent crime like this to continue.

North Carolina Republican Rep. Tim Moore is joining fellow lawmakers in calling for the removal of the judge who released the suspect accused of stabbing and killing a Ukrainian refugee on a light rail train in Charlotte.

Ten House Republicans from the state signed a letter calling for formal proceedings to remove Magistrate Judge Teresa Stokes.
