Various shots as 19 year old Josie Terena shows off her well developed arm muscles. Various shots as she picks up a long nail and wraps it in cloth, then proceeds to bend it and break it in half. She then takes a metal bar and bends it over her knee and thigh. She takes two pieces of rope with rings on the end and holds them together whilst two men on each side try to pull them apart. She has no problem holding them together. Various shots as she rips the telephone book in half. She throws the two halves away and smiles.
