NEW APPRAISAL SYSTEM EXPLAINED: HOW TO FIND EXACT IVs (Pokémon GO)

***IMPORTANT FIX***: The messages for 15 IV or 13-14 IV for TEAM VALOR are switched! I apologize, this is the way it was listed on GamePress when I referenced it! The correct messages are as follows:
I'm blown away by its stats! WOW!: Highest IV is 15
It's got excellent stats. How exciting!: Highest IV is 13-14

Niantic has added an IV checking feature to Pokémon GO! It might seem useless at first, but today I explain how you can use it in conjunction with a site like PokéAssistant to find the EXACT IVs of any Pokémon!
