In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Heavenly Father, I thank You for the gift of this new day. Thank You for the breath in my lungs, the light before my eyes, and the grace that sustains my life.

Lord Jesus Christ, I offer You this day - my thoughts, my words, my actions, my joys and my struggles. Go before me in every step I take. Guide my decisions, calm my fears,
and strengthen me where I am weak.

Holy Spirit, fill my heart with Your wisdom and peace. Help me to choose love over anger, faith over fear, and hope over doubt. Make me an instrument of Your grace to everyone I meet today.

Bless my family, my work, my studies, and all those who are in need of Your mercy. Protect me from all evil, visible and invisible, and keep me under Your loving care.

Mary, my Mother, pray for me. Saint Joseph, guide me. All the saints and angels, walk with me today. I trust this day completely into Your hands, O Lord, for You are my refuge, my strength, and my everlasting hope. Sacred Heart of Jesus, guide me and protect me today. Amen.
