The heart sends more signals to the brain in a ratio of 9 to 1. Before the synapse signals from the body reach the brain, the majority of the pass through the heart. The heart is the seat of Innate Intelligence. Innate means that which already knows. Coherence is the sum parts of the whole united. When we feel our bodies, which are an extension of our hearts, the signals are empowered with the qualities of the heart before reaching the brain. This means the brain is influenced by the coherent qualities of the heart. Coherent qualities of the heart include love and compassion. This results in living love centered ideas, solutions and actions. When done in a healing collective, the same results are quickened and multiplied.
